OUR TECHNOLOGY
Carbon capture, driven by selective membranes.
A membrane-first architecture for compact, modular, electrically driven industrial CO₂ separation.
A different route to CO₂ separation.
Gas molecules permeate through a selective membrane at different rates under a partial-pressure driving force. Membranes can enrich CO₂ from suitable industrial gas streams without solvent regeneration. The complete process still requires application-specific pressure management, pretreatment and downstream CO₂ handling.
The building blocks.
01 Selective materials
Engineered polymer membranes balance permeance and separation performance.
02 Hollow-fiber modules
Hollow-fiber membranes provide substantial gas-separation area within a compact module. AeroFlux is developing module hardware to support practical industrial carbon-capture evaluation.
03 System integration
Industrial operation requires suitable feed preparation, compression or vacuum strategy, and CO₂ product handling.
Designed for retrofit thinking.
AeroFlux is developing modular configurations that can be evaluated against existing plant space, flue-gas conditions and electrical utilities. Commercial-scale performance and economics depend on testing and site-specific engineering.
